Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED: JANUARY 28, 2026 — MINIMAL DATA, MAXIMUM HONESTY.
Welcome to One Million Scam™. We operate on a need-to-know basis. We need to know you paid; you need to know we aren't stalking you. We don't sell your data, and we don't even want to store it longer than necessary.
1. Information We Actually Need
- The Public Stuff: Your nickname, secondary title, and social links. These are displayed publicly in the Hall of Shame. If you want to remain anonymous, use a fake name.
- The Transaction Stuff: Stripe handles your payment info. They provide us with your email address so we can verify your purchase if your session expires or you lose your download link. We do not use this email for marketing.
- The Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics to see how many people are visiting. It’s anonymous. We don’t know who you are until you tell us (by paying us).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
1. Put your name on the list.
2. Generate the one-time download link for your AI Guide.
3. Prove to the bank that we didn’t actually rob you.
We do not send "Welcome" emails, newsletters, or "Please come back" reminders. Once the transaction is done, we're done.
3. Cookies
We use the bare minimum. No cross-site tracking, no invasive pixels. Just enough tech to make sure the payment flows and the site stays dark.
4. Your Right to Disappear
You can request to be removed from the Hall of Shame at any time. Email us at the address below and we will delete your record. However, since the AI Guide is a digital download provided immediately, no refunds will be issued upon deletion.
theonemillionscam@gmail.comNote: We handle your data better than we handle your money. Which is to say, we keep it safe but we don't plan on giving it back.
